In this episode we talk with coach Ryan Hall and Canadian marathoner Rory Linkletter about thriving on the razor's edge
Rory Linkletter has had an extraordinary year: he’s run personal bests in everything from the mile to the marathon and clocked a stunning 2:10:24 at the World Championships this summer. He’s also a good friend of our podcast. The last time we had him on the show, he had just broken the Canadian Half-Marathon record. He had also just changed coaches and started working with decorated US distance runner-turned-coach Ryan Hall. Under his guidance Rory has pushed his limits further than ever before and now has his sights set on the Toronto Waterfront Marathon this October. In this episode we talk about how Ryan coaches Rory to thrive on the razor's edge.
